Where did we go?

It has come to our attention that some customers were unable to open our site recently. As soon as we were notified our IT team jumped into action and determined what was wrong and made the necessary corrections. 

We are sorry if you were impacted by this and hope to see you back soon.

Here is the update from the IT team:

"At some point before June 8, 2020 the Syncom Pharmaceuticals web hosting service stopped redirecting the address to the live webstore page. Requests for were directed correctly. This would have resulted in some customers getting a "Site not found" message.

As of June 8th 7:00 PM EST the hosting provider settings were corrected and all requests for both and are being sent to the live site.

The service provider has reviewed our settings and confirmed that we are now in compliance with the current web hosting configuration."
