Changes to prevent FRAUD

Effective March 12th 2025, Syncom Pharmaceuticals will be making changes to our ordering system to prevent fraudulent orders from being placed. 

1. All new customers will be requried to register with our site to complete an order. Misuse of the guest checkout has required this change.

2. Our credit card processor has added additional protections that require the billing address and CSV number on the card must be correct. Any dircrepancy will prevent the card from being approved.

3. Syncom Data Security will be reviewing all existing customer accounts for any invalid information and ensuring that all data privacy has been maintained. Agents from the department may contact the customer to confirm identiy if any fraud is detected.
