If, at any time, for any reason whatsoever, you are not completely satisfied with anything purchased through this website, simply return it with the invoice for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. There is no time limit. Refunds will be by company check for the original invoice price of the items returned.
Returns Without Receipt
If you do not have your original sales receipt you must contact Syncom Customer Service at 800-400-0056 to get a return authorization. Returns without a receipt will be refunded the lowest advertised price for that item unless otherwise authorized.
Refunded monies will be issued in the form of a company check or to the credit card used for the purchase.
Syncom will ship most orders within 1-2 business days of the order being received by the fulfillment center.
Orders requesting expedited shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc) will be processed within 1 business day of the order being received by the fulfillment center.
Free shipping, when applicable, will be performed using Ground shipping via USPS or FedEx depending on the size of the order.
